TW INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS LTD (the “Company”) was organised as Business Company organized under the laws of the British Virgin Islands and will operate as a closed-end fund. The Company is not required to be recognised under the British Virgin Islands Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010 (as amended) (“SIBA”) and, therefore, will not be subject to the regulation or supervision of the British Virgin Islands Financial Service Commission (“BVI FSC”).
