The risk controls applied by the fund manager are designed to reduce the effect of common risk events that are normally associated with real estate project equity investments, and fixed income and alternative asset class investments. The accounts are overseen by the manager, who shall be authorized to have day to day access to the accounts to review the performance. We may also be invested wholly or partly in cash deposits from time to time if the manager considers it appropriate due to market conditions.
